Every Wednesday at 1.00pm for three hours in the meeting room at St Mary Magdalene (Silver Road (opposite Knowsley Road) Norwich, NR3 4TF).
Refreshments, snacks, puzzles, games and music every Wednesday. We are a dementia-aware café, and are open to all. Come and see what's going on.

Out of the Shadows is an outstanding vocal ensemble with a contemporary approach to choral singing. They have been hailed as “a new breed of choir” performing bespoke arrangements of an uplifting and eclectic mix of genres. Expect anything from Bohemian Rhapsody to Gershwin, from The Greatest Showman to Alanis Morrisette, from Joni Mitchell to … well you get the idea!
